Day 7 was spent resting in preparation for the hike to Choquequirao.
Day 8: down from Capuliyoc, across the Apirimac river and halfway up
the other side of the valley. After a night in Santa Rosa, we climbed
up to Matampata for breakfast and a much-required day of rest.
